The form collects your name, email address, company, team size, selected subscription categories, and the message you write. It also records the pricing estimate, your acknowledgement of this notice, a request reference, and the submission time.
Why the details are collected
Your details support the assessment and follow-up of your ERP subscription enquiry. Submitting the form does not purchase a subscription, create an ERP account, or subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and technical information
Enquiries are stored in this website’s Cloudflare D1 database. The site stores a hashed connection identifier to limit repeated submissions and a request identifier to prevent duplicate enquiries. It does not store a raw IP address in the enquiry record. The hosting provider may process additional technical information as part of delivering and protecting the site.
Keep confidential information out of the form
Please do not send passwords, payment card information, identity documents, financial records, or confidential project files through this enquiry form.

To ask about a previous enquiry or request a correction or deletion, email cohrel.ageclabs@gmail.com or use the contact form. Include your enquiry reference and identify the request. Do not include confidential documents.
Website interactions
This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics service. Hosting access and sign-in features may use their own necessary cookies. The visual workspace examples use illustrative data and do not access your ERP records.
