How is Project Management priced?
Design and Construction are separate categories, each at a standard $30 per user per month. With 30% off early access, each is $21 and both are $42 per user per month for the full initial 12-month agreement.
What is the standard minimum?
The standard minimum is 15 users and 12 months. All four categories normally total $165 per user per month. The 30% early-access offer is $115.50 per user: $1,732.50 monthly for 15 users and $20,790 for the initial 12 months.
Why is there an early-access discount?
Some advanced features in certain modules are not yet implemented and are still in development. The 30% early-access discount applies to all four categories for the full initial 12-month agreement. We will confirm available and pending features before you subscribe. Renewal terms are confirmed separately.
Does the 12-month total mean I pay upfront?
The planner shows the subscription fee over the minimum commitment. The payment schedule, taxes, implementation, and any additional services are agreed directly with the Cohrel team in your proposal.
How do I subscribe?
